I work as part of our successful Middle East HR recruitment team focusing on the recruitment of HR professionals across the region. We cover all the specialist roles within HR from Reward, OD, Talent, HRIS and Learning & Development. I deliver retained executive assignments that cover regional and global requirements.
I have worked in HR recruitment since 2006 across the UK, Australia and the Middle East. As more HR departments in the Middle East region move from a people support role to a business transformational function, the need to recruit talented commercial HR professionals is even more prevalent. I have a full understanding of the skills required and can assist my clients in sourcing the talent that is required for each independent business case.
Having worked in HR recruitment across the globe, I have a true understating of the HR function and the differences culturally. This experience helps me when working with clients and candidates to advise them on industry knowledge, making a career move or trying to find and attract the best HR talent in the market.
Outside of work I have two very young children that keep me super busy! When I do get any free time, I love running (yes even in the heat!) and keeping fit, I also enjoy hitting the beach and cooking.
