I started my recruitment career in the UK in 2010 before moving to the UAE to focus on the MENA market in 2013. My HR recruitment experience covers executive search and contingent recruitment across the Middle East and European markets. As part of the team here at Frazer Jones, I recruit senior HR level professionals across the HR function in both Generalist and Specialist positions such as Rewards, OD, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and L&D.
After graduating with a Bachelors in Economics from Warwick University, I started my recruitment career in placing Advisory professionals in the UK. I moved to the Middle East in 2013 and have since developed a strong network of HR professionals across the region. I have successfully placed candidates from C-Suite to mid-managerial level across the MENA region and have delivered on both retained and contingent mandates for clients across numerous sectors including multinational corporates, local businesses, professional services firms and HR consultancies.
I really enjoy networking with HR professionals and as a result when undertaking mandates, I can demonstrate my knowledge and expertise on talent in the region or in particular sectors such as Pharmaceutical and FMCG clients. My passion in delivering solutions for our clients and building long lasting relationships has allowed me to grow my reputation in the region as a trusted partner. On many occasions, I have been able to find the ‘rare’ candidate and filled positions that have taken clients months to do directly.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling across the globe and have recently visited Australia, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and Thailand. I have also spent a year after university teaching under privileged children in Tanzania. I am an avid Manchester United fan and love watching and playing cricket in my spare time.
