I manage the Frazer Jones business across the Middle East, Africa and Turkey. My highly experienced team provide a consultative and professional service to many local family groups, privately owned organisations and multi-national clients. We assist in the recruitment of high calibre HR professionals, both local nationals in support of the many “nationalisation agendas” and expatriate talent.
I started working in the recruitment industry in 1998, and a vast majority of this time has been specifically within the HR field. My experience is underpinned by my CIPD studies and psychometric testing qualifications. I moved to the Middle East in 2008 and acquired an impressive and ever-increasing network within the HR and business communities. My team and I have successfully conducted many senior and complex HR searches with clients that partner with us.

We offer a highly consultative service, providing information and guidance based on our market knowledge and look to closely partner with our clients to maximise the pool of candidates that match not only from a skills perspective but also culturally.
An avid sports fan, I have been lucky enough to travel to many continents supporting the England cricket team. I love my golf, playing all year despite the heat. I have a passion for cooking and especially love using my tandoor oven to cater for friends and family.
