Purpose

This role will work with the Senior Consultant People Insights & Research to deliver a variety of people research projects. Key deliverables include analytics that provide insight into:

  • People related business issues
  • Drivers of business performance, and/or
  • Measuring the effectiveness of strategic people initiatives
  • Design and deliver people analytics projects

Key accountabilities:

  • Shaping the design of people research projects
  • Sourcing and transforming data for analytics
  • Supporting primary research (e.g. survey set-up , data collection and preparation of insights)
  • Using statistics and the scientific method to deliver evidence based, data driven workforce insights
  • Communicating insights in simple and engaging ways
  • Monitoring external trends and identifying opportunities to enhance people analytics tools and methods
  • Responding to ad-hoc queries about people data and analytics
  • Maintaining and updating ongoing analytical products (dashboards etc.) as required
  • Taking accountability for ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Maintaining collaborative resources (e.g. SharePoint) and representing the team at forums/events

You will have demonstrated experience within reporting design, configuration as well as experience across data science. A Background in statistics highly desirable.
