Our client is a leading global FinTech business with an expanding base in Singapore. They have engaged our services exclusively to appoint a APAC HR Business Partner, who will transition in to the APAC HR Head role by the end of the year. This individual, will report in to the Global Head of HR with a dotted line in to the SVP (Regional Lead) of the business, operating as part of the management committee.
The business has been through relatively extensive change (merger etc) and are now looking to embed the new operating model and stabilise the workforce to ensure the business is set up for success and future proofed across the region. This individual will be responsible for defining and delivering the Regional and HR strategy and ensuring HR Ops excellence and execution as well as driving HR projects across the region, supported by a geographically dispersed team of in country HR generalist across 8-10 key countries.
As APAC HR BP and the Regional HR Lead for the business, you will operate in a highly visible role engaging with senior leaders across the region, as part of the management committee. You will drive HR transformation & HR Operations in line with the HR strategy and business goals. You and your team will manage annual HR strategy and processes across the region including; talent, performance, reward, employee relations, policy, talent acquisition and HR ops. You will also drive projects such as; engagement, cultural alignment, organisational development, organisational design. The business is consolidating in some countries while growing in others and they are currently in the process of spinning off in to its own legal entity, therefore there's lots of exciting change work to drive, working with the leadership team!
You will be an accomplished APAC HR Business Partner or APAC HR BP Lead, currently based in Singapore who has a track record operating in a leadership role within a global Fintech, Payments or Tech business which is going through change! You will also be comfortable managing a geographically dispersed team of HR Generalists as well as operating on the Management Committee working closely with the Regional Leadership team.
