Exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global software business on an initial 6-month contract.
Due to an increase in volume, this is a newly created opportunity to help support the global TA team to source top talent for the region.
Based remotely in Australia, you'll be working across all their business areas in Asia Pacific, partnering with leadership and hiring managers to recruit key Sales positions.
- End to end recruitment, working closely with managers to understand their requirements and build qualified candidate pipelines
- Source candidates through a direct approach; including social media, personal networks, headhunting, advertising, and employee referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process; end to end, from role approval, to interview process through to offer.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for hiring managers.
- Feedback to candidates in a timely manner
- Maintain a strong personal network of pipeline candidates.
- Advise and coach internal stakeholders around recruitment best practices.
- Previous experience in an end-to-end recruitment role
- Proven track record of direct sourcing and candidate networking
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Self-driven, results orientated with the ability to work autonomously
