I am working with a very progressive and innovative market leading brand in Bristol that are looking to hire a Benefits & Pensions Advisor on a permanent basis.
Working within the Reward team and supported by a Co-ordinator this is a hands-on position with responsibility for benefits and pensions administration processes. This will include running the day to day benefits & pensions offering which includes flexible benefits, pensions auto-enrolment, a final salary pensions scheme and total reward statements. You will also work closely with external suppliers on product and service delivery and act as the key point of contact for employee queries. In addition you will work on adhoc projects, analyse current policies and procedures, contribute to the annual reward calendar, ensure that the employee journey is clear and engaging, and help grow employee awareness and understanding.
Given the nature of the role you will be hands-on, pro-active and a confident self-starter who is able to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and with external suppliers. It is essential that you have worked within a Reward function and have knowledge of managing employee benefits, policies and programmes, and preferably with exposure to pensions. This experience will have been gained in-house or within a management consultancy. Based centrally within Bristol the company has a very good flexible working policy with a good balance between home and office working.
