Our client, an innovative & dynamic Professional Services firm, are seeking a Benefits & Pensions Professional to join their growing Reward team. You will have a dual reporting line into the Benefits & Pensions Managers and will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day processing of the UK benefits, and administering the UK DC and DB pensions schemes.
For both Pensions and Benefits, you will act as the first point of contact for UK employees, carry out the administration of the benefits & pensions, and ensure that all the information held about employees is correct on the firms HRIS. You will also act as the first point of contact for the brokers and providers. You will manage the group income protection claims, process the employee membership of all benefits and pensions schemes including news hires, leavers or change requests and you will also carry out the UK Benefits and Pensions scheme renewals. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting the Reward team with their MI analytics and reporting.
You will have extensive knowledge of both UK benefits and pensions, ideally both DC and DB pensions. You will have good Excel skills, strong verbal & written communication skills and enjoy being part of a collaborative team. The role is paying up to £45,000 plus bonus and benefits.
