Our client, a prestigious Law Firm, operating in nearly 50 location globally, are seeking an International Benefits Specialist to join their growing Benefits team in their London offices. You will play a crucial role in the administration and implementation of APAC benefits for the firm.
You will support the Manager of International Benefits, and regional APAC HR Directors & Managers on the development of/and implementation of their local benefits schemes, to ensure they remain competitive and in compliance with the legislative requirements. You will act as the first point of contact for all benefits queries in the region and support the International Benefits Manager on proactively managing the benefit providers. You will work alongside the Compliance & Communications Manager to develop robust and accurate Benefits communication materials for the promotion of Benefits programmes in the local offices within the APAC regions.
You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient processes within the HR Shared Services team based in Manila, continually reviewing and assessing where methodologies can be streamlined. You will also support on wider projects such as benchmarking analyses.
You will have extensive knowledge of International Benefits, preferably within the APAC market. You will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail, and experience within Professional Services or Legal environments is desirable. The role is paying up to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.
