This is a great opportunity for a Reward professional who is looking for a highly visible Compensation & Benefits Manager position within an organisation that needs to completely overhaul its reward and benefits strategy. The company is based in Leicester with hybrid working.
Reporting into the Head of HR, this role sits with an HR team of c.20 that supports a diverse UK headcount of c.1,500 that are multi-site based across head office, supply chain and branch functions. You will manage a team of one with an additional hire pending. The position will be responsible for the Reward & Benefits strategy, both areas need an overhaul to build a modern and uniform approach to reward and benefits across the business. You will work collaboratively with the HR team and senior stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of reward programmes, designing and developing robust plans for:
* Job grading frameworks and pay structures
* Salary and benefits benchmarking
* Recognition & incentive schemes
* Annual salary, pay and bonus reviews
* Updating all benefits including 3rd party relationships and suppliers
You will be an experienced Reward professional across all areas of compensation and benefits, able to demonstrate knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking. With strong analytical skills you will be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively and is able to engage and build relationships at all levels.
While the company is Leicester based they operate a hybrid model with the ability to access the office on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
