We are partnering exclusively with a global financial services firm to hire a Compensation, Benefits & HR Ops Manager. Reporting in to the Head of HR, this is a replacement role working as part of a lean HR team.
This person will be responsible for all compensation and benefits/total rewards strategy & HR ops across Singapore, supported by a small and collaborative team.
This is a visible role where you will partner closely with the business to help transform compensation and reward to ensure the company remains competitive. You will be responsible for all managing annual comp & bens cycles, designing total rewards solutions, hr reporting, budgeting, forecasting, data analytics, managing complex offers and job evaluations as well as overseeing payroll (which is outsourced).
This is a highly successful business and has a population circa 220 employees. A fantastic role for a successful Compensation & Benefits Manager who has also covered HR Ops at some stage, looking to join a fast-paced and collaborative organization to further grow their career. They have an excellent team and organizational culture within a highly desirable brand! Strong stakeholder management and team management is a must.
