Our client, a media company based in NYC, is looking to hire a Compensation Consultant on a contract assignment expected to run through to the end of the year. You will be conducting interviews, creating salary-band proposals, and implementing changes to the companies' overall compensation, bonus, and equity administration plans.
- Organize interview responses with 300+ managers
- Collect Years-of-experience data for 800+ employees
- Calculate capability scores for 800+ employees
- Creating rankings for each employee in each job
- Liase with outside counsel to review rankings based on salary, years of experience and capability score)
- Liases with outside counsel and HR to create mitigation plan
- Create Salary-Band proposal
- Draft Messages to introduce Salary Banding
- Work with T&D to create a process for performance and compensation assessment to begin at end of 2020
- Message new assessment process
- Assist in preparing training for new process
- Assist in presenting training for new process
