Our client, a thriving and well established professional services firm in Morris County, NJ is seeking a skilled senior Compensation Leader to join them as their Head of Compensation (Director level). In this unique solo practitioner opportunity, you will be tasked with an exciting revamp and upgrade of the function, inclusive of better defining a compensation philosophy, grading jobs, creating pay structures across both staff and executive levels, and spanning all areas of compensation from broadbased to sales and executive compensation. This highly creative role is ideal for a compensation professional with 10 or more years of well-rounded experience in small and midsized companies (in the 1000-3000 person range) with sophisticated pay practices. Candidates should possess experience preparing board presentations and have an existing interface at the most senior level of their organizations will also be crucial.
