We are partnering with an exciting global cybersecurity start-up in New York that is seeking a remote Director of HR Operations, covering comp, benefits and HRIS.
Our clint is set to triple its global employee numbers over the next 18 months and needs a hands-on individual who knows the tech space well, has a lot of experience with scaling and strategy, and won't wilt under pressure. There is no bureaucracy at this company, so there is a huge amount of scope to strategize and streamline systems and processes.
This Organization is famous for its ambitious growth and its outstanding people culture. Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and come up with solutions is important, as they want this individual to lead from the front, as well as collaborate and strategize with senior members of the board.
- Tech/Cybersecurity background
- At least 8 years of experience implementing HR processes and systems within a growing, international environment
- A passion for day-to-day strategy, implementation & data wrangling
- Proven success in scaling up a business, ideally a start-up
- An entrepreneurial and creative mindset
- US based (this role is 100% remote)
