Our client, a highly regarded global professional services organisation, is seeking a Diversity & Inclusion Lead, operating in a brand new role for the region, to join the organisation at a time of extensive growth and define and execute a bespoke D&I strategy across the region.
You will partner directly with Country and Business Heads, to define the D&I Strategy, Pillars, Programmes and Content as a SME in the D&I space. You will partner closely with key stakeholders internally and externally to ensure ongoing inclusion and diversity within the workplace, gathering and analysing data where possible to help inform key insights and solutions.
You will be an accomplished Diversity & Inclusion Manager or D&I Lead, who is comfortable navigating large global corporate financial, professional services or technology / Fintech organisations. You will have excellent stakeholder management, verbal and written communication skills and you will be a passionate SME in the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion space. You will be knowledgeable about DEI policies, programmes and networks and able to navigate complex matrix structures and ambiguity to set up Programmes and put in place structure from scratch working with country, regional and global counterparts.
