In this role, you will be working closely with the Early Talent Manager to attract, develop and retain their Early Talent employees. In this role, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the administration of the graduate recruitment and development activities. As such, you will be involved in coordinating relevant training courses as well as supporting on the end-to-end recruitment of the firm's Early Talent. You will also get operational administration experience as you will be responsible for new starter documentation and you will assist with the probation review processes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone wanting to drive their career in the Early Talent area.
As the ideal candidate, you will have administration experience within the professional services industry. You will be proactive and professional, with strong IT and interpersonal communication skills. Being organised with high attention to detail is critical for success in this role. Overall, a passion for Early Talent recruitment and development needs to shine through.
The firm are based in London, with offices across the globe, and are paying up to £35,000 for the right candidate.
