We are delighted to be engaged exclusively to facilitate a new Employee Relations Manager search partnering with a leading global financial services organisation with a sizeable employee base in Singapore. This is a perfect opportunity for an existing Employee Relations Manager to operate as the deputy and successor to the Head of Employee Relations as part of a small and collaborative team.

The successful candidate will work directly with Leadership across Singapore (all functions) to manage the most complex and senior cases end-to-end (performance management, misconduct, grievances, collective ERM etc), arriving at fair conclusions and helping to minimise risk for the organisation. This is an individual contributor role in the short-term, although you will mentor other members of the ER team and act as deputy to the Head of ER in a broad ER role covering; case management, policy, ER projects, ER training etc.

You will be an accomplished Employee Relations Manager / Employee Relations VP operating in a large global matrix financial or professional services organisation. Degree and / or HR qualification is preferred.
