We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global financial services organisation who is looking for an Employee Relations MD to join the HR team. Reporting in to the Global Head of Employee Relations based in another region, you will lead the ER function across Asia, supported by a sizeable team of ER specialists (of all levels of seniority) spread across the region.
You will manage ER strategy, the ER agenda, strategic ER advisory, policies, processes, governance and projects across the region, with a focus on creating a fair, inclusive and high performing culture and exemplary conduct, across the organisation. You will ensure global ER priorities, best practice and initiatives are implemented across Asia, ensuring ongoing consistency, efficiency and collaboration. You will also partner with eternal bodies representing the organisation, sitting on Global and Regional Leadership teams as the SME for Employee Relations, also overseeing Industrial Relations.
You will be an accomplished Regional / Global Head of Employee Relations (MD) operating in another large global matrix, ideally financial services organisation. You will be comfortable working directly with the Regional and Global Leadership team and managing a sizeable and geographically dispersed team.
