Are you an established employee relations specialist with a background working in the financial services? I have partnered with a global and highly matrixed banking institution, who require an established and detail orientated ER leader who can come in to help drive the success of the function.
The business is looking at taking ownership of the employee relations away from the HRBP's and creating a much stronger Centre of Excellence model. This role will have three prongs, firstly it will look to setup and drive a committee to handle collective consultation and TUPE work. Secondly you will handle a small caseload of complex and senior ER work and thirdly this role will play a part in creating a strategy across Europe for proactive ER changes.
Working within an extremely large HR team, this will need someone coming out of a regulatory background with an ability to navigate complex workstreams at speed. With areas of the business offering a variety of challenging products to the public, there is an obligation for ER to be resolved democratically and in partnership.
If you bring with you a background either as a lawyer or working in the employment law space that'd be highly advantageous. This is an initial 12 month FTC but with the intention to approach it as a temp to perm opportunity.
