Our client, a top-ranked financial firm known for its fantastic culture and exceptional HR function, is seeking an Employee Relations Director to join their Hudson County, New Jersey (commutable on mass transit from NYC) on a hybrid basis and global platform spanning 50 countries.
The firm's ideal hire will have a comprehensive knowledge in a variety of Employee Relations areas like performance management, internal investigations of employee complaints, and facilitating relevant trainings for HR Managers. Well-developed interpersonal skills, analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Suited candidates will have 5+ years of experience working in Employee Relations or US Employment in a mid to large sized matrixed environment. The environment is one in which critical thinking, negotiation, people, and organizational skills, and the ability to partner and influence across Human Resources staff to senior-level personnel are essential.
