My client a leading Property business are you looking to recruit for an ER Advisor on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into a HR Business Partner you will :
- Manage and resolve employee relations enquiries and cases
- Provide ER advise to the business
- Interpreting and explaining HR policies to the wider business
- Attending tribunals as and when required
To carry out this role you must be an ER specialist with at least 2 years' experience in this field. Ideally you will be immediately available, but my client is willing to consider candidates on short notice periods. You must have the ability to manage and resolve low level and complex ER cases.
