A leading name in the financial services sector is now looking to recruit an Executive Reward Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. Reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation this role will act as the central manager of global Executive Compensation and incentive programmes, with a specific focus on share-based and fund-based schemes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of vested equity/value and on-going alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will have input into the design of new Executive Compensation and incentive schemes and be responsible for the coordination of external advisers and internal, cross divisional colleagues to deliver agreed programmes and launch new schemes to employees as well as responsibility for on-going management and administration of existing schemes including, global tax and legal due diligence reviews, employee communications, management of third party administrators (where used), hedging arrangements, award and vesting processes (including sell-to-cover and sell all options). You will act as an internal point of contact for compensation related employment tax queries on a global basis, obtaining third party advice where appropriate, and highlighting any regulatory issues which may impact arrangements currently in place. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced Share Plan Managers or Executive Reward Managers who would enjoy working in a fast paced environment within a business that is uniquely placed in its peer group. Candidates must have significant, previous share plans experience to include non-UK locations, together with significant experience managing both discretionary and all-employee plans.
