Our client, a premier privately held global professional services firm with a reputation both of industry excellence and for their exceptional employer culture, is seeking a skilled and innovative Director of Global Compensation to head up their technology and digital practice (seated NYC, Boston or Atlanta).
The firm's ideal hire will have experience working in a professional services environment where relational strategy is key to success. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years relevant years of progressive broad-based compensation experience - strong project management experience, the ability to think strategically, and build credibility with senior business stakeholders is essential. Depth in technology and digital pay practices along with administration / design of compensation programs, ideally on a global basis, is also desired.
This role will need to be in the office on a hybrid basis for 1-2 days per week (with flexibility).
