Frazer Jones are working exclusively with a leading financial services business based in central London. This is a global business with Head Quarters in the US, that currently have just shy of 3000 employees across 70 offices globally. A Fortune-100 company with a nearly 100-year track record, they are currently driving the growth of the HR team globally and are hiring for a HRIS professional to join the team.

You will be completing the role of Global HRIS Systems Specialist which will report in to the Global HRIS Manager. The position will provide support and maintenance for the firms HRIS system and you will serve as the subject matter expert for anything HR Systems related. Working in a global team of 4, you will be responsible for building, testing and implementing processes in Oracle. The role will assist with implementation of modules and global processes but you will also be the focal point for all HR System related tasks and projects for the UK and globally. You will also be responsible for delivering training on system process improvement to employees and managers. You will be instrumental in driving system processes efficiencies as well as assisting with upgrades, evaluating new software releases, process documentation and running various other HRIS projects.

You must have previous HRIS systems experience to be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will have worked with Oracle within the financial services sector for at least 3 years but this isn't essential as long as you can demonstrate good system acumen, an eye for detail and strong problem solving skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced and growing organisation which requires pro-active thinkers with initiative to help the HR team and business develop. You must be an expert on HR systems and have an analytical mindset.
