An exciting and career enhancing opportunity has arisen at a truly global firm, located in the heart of the City. They are seeking a Global Reward Manager to lead the team of Reward Advisors, as well as the Mobility team, to ensure the Reward programmes are delivered successfully and aligned with the firms requirements.
You will manage the Reward team to ensure the delivery of the annual salary review & bonus review globally. You will ensure that the firm is providing a competitive and motivational benefits package across all regions. You will ensure that employee recognition arrangements actively support desired behaviours of staff throughout the firm. You will be a strong communicator, effectively working to build strong relationships across HR and the business community and regularly seek feedback to ensure continued improvement in the delivery of the Reward function. Additionally, you will be a strong and motivational leader, inspiring the team and creating a culture of high performance and delivery.

Our client are seeking an individual that has excellent Reward expertise, including experience managing annual salary & bonus review processes both locally & internationally. They are also seeking an individual with prior experience managing and leading a team successfully. Experience managing employee benefits and incentive programmes is desirable, and any experience in Global Mobility is a plus.
