A commercial and fast paced Trading firm is currently looking for an interim Head of HR to cover a maternity leave for 12 months initially. The role is due to start in April 2020 but the client is keen to start interviewing ASAP and would put an offer out soon for the right candidate.
As Head of HR, you will manage a small team and own the relationships with all the senior leaders of the business. This is a visible role and requires someone who is used to being the go-to and working closely with stakeholders to provide advise and guidance quickly.
You will also be responsible for:
- Supporting change management initiatives such as redundancy and restructure, M&A
- Developing talent management and succession planning strategies
- Promoting a strong compliance culture and keeping abreast of regulatory changes
- Supporting Global Mobility initiatives and managing third party providers in areas such as immigration and taxation
This is an exciting opportunity to join a delivery focused organisation where there is an emphasis on building strong working relationships to add value. You must have been a Head of HR previously to be considered, ideally in a boutique financial services organisation and have some team management experience. In particular, recent ER experience and an understanding of global tax issues and complex relocation scenarios would be advantageous.
You must also have a strong client focus with a pragmatic approach to problem solving and be comfortable working to tight deadlines.
