Head of Inclusion & Diversity

Our client is a specialized financial services leader with a global presence. They are formalizing their commitment and furthering their meaningful progress in inclusion and diversity through this newly created role, which will oversee end to end efforts, from owning strategy to operational execution within small, premier environment.
In this role, you will chair their Diversity council, alongside firm leadership, and play the lead role in unearthing challenges and advising on talent solutions. In an on-going manner, you will assess the firm's practices and partner with HR to enhance and facilitate talent processes that promote the development and retention of diverse talent within the firm. You will develop and lead on-campus Diversity hiring efforts. Externally, you will develop meaningful and relevant Diversity partnerships and internally, you will serve as an adviser to the firm's affinity groups.
The firm is seeking a I&D leader with depth of experience in financial services or leading management consulting environments. This hire will possess a strategic mindset and executive presence combined with the demonstrated ability and humility to execute on the day to day deliverables. This is an exceptional leadership role with the opportunity to create and impact the firm's path forward in this space.
