A fantastic opportunity is available with a global industry leader experiencing an exciting period of IT transformation for a Head of IT People Change. The business is on a journey to simplify its operating model and develop integrated tech-enabled platforms across the organization.
The Head of IT People Change will be part of the HR function, partnering closely with senior IT leadership and transformation leaders to design, develop and implement the IT operating model and organization design. This will include working on the complex transformation, transactions and technology changes to deliver better outcomes and deliver long-lasting results. They will partner across the IT organisation supporting the development of functional strategies and operating models and driving the business to embrace agile models and digitalization.
Suitable candidates will have strong organization design experience and have played pivotal roles in driving change and transformation in either an internal or consulting capacity. Experience partnering with an IT or Technology function would be advantageous and exposure to large global matrix environments is key.
