Our client, a growing Fintech organisation which is in hyper-growth mode, is looking for a Head of People to support the ongoing set-up and scaling of the organisation across Vietnam, based from the Ho Chi Minh office.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for a consultative and dynamic HR professional who has operated in large corporates and start-up Tech and/or Fintech organisations in strategic and hands-on HR Generalist positions.

Reporting in to the Group CPO and working closely with the Fintech CEO & Leadership team, you will be comfortable operating in an individual contributor role as well as managing a growing HR team. You will be passionate about technology, innovation and able to navigate ambiguity and scale the organisation at a pace across Vietnam.
