An established nationwide organisation which offers a range of care services from nursing and residential care is looking to appoint a HR Advisor on an initial 12 month contract. to be based in the Head Office in Essex
The role of the HR Advisor will be to support a specific client group of approximately 2,000 and who are located across Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and the South East. The HR Advisor will provide advice and guidance on generalist HR queries to line managers across the organisation, but, will also focus quite heavily on employee relations casework. The employee relations cases will vary from day to day absence and sickness management through to complex investigations therefore a good working knowledge of legislation and previous employee relations experience is required.
The successful candidate will have previous employee relations experience, be able to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to provide credible and sound HR advice when required. Occasional travel is expected to support the various locations across the client group, and, the HR Advisor will be confident to support any HR queries which arise.
The organisation is well established with over 60 care homes across the UK with the head office located in Essex. The organisation offers a range of care services from nursing and residential through to specialist care for certain conditions. The head office is located in Essex with local amenities close by and offers a flexible working pattern.
