I have partnered with a leading University in Central London, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a fixed term contract from June until October, and it is paying up to £37,000.
Working in a team of Advisors and Business Partners, you will be advising employees on absences, sickness, and flexible working. This will allow you to build on your ER experience and collaborate with the HR team on a regular basis.
As an HR Advisor, you will also support with recruitment processes, onboarding, and ongoing projects. This is a great opportunity to develop advisory skills and build key relationships with stakeholders.
This is a full-time role, however there is flexibility with hours given the current situation.
Shortlisting will be carried out on Wednesday 6th May, and it will be followed by a video interview with the HR team. The start date for this role will be Monday 1st June and this will be through a virtual onboarding process.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR Advisors who can demonstrate the ability to manage high volumes of ER cases and have also been part of change/transformation projects.
