About Our Client
An exciting opportunity to join an international law firm with a stable track record and a well-established HR brand-name within the industry. They are looking to bring onboard a HR Advisor to manage full employment cycle of a designated portfolio within the region, while providing strategic advices to client groups.
Reporting through to the Head of HR, you will be working with the management team in driving and spearheading people strategies to the organisation. Act as a business partner within client groups and provide effective advices on talent planning, organizational development and strategic discussion. On an operational level, you will also be managing recruitment activities, annual reviews, trainees development and law society matters. Key to your success will be your ability to engage with Senior Partners and to ensure a smooth daily HR operation within the region.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven HR calibre with all rounded experience within the legal industry. You will possess great stakeholder management skills, maturity and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. You must be highly proficient in English, and Mandarin or Cantonese. Regional experience would be an advantage.
