A Fast-growing financial services client of ours is hiring for a dynamic HR coordinator to join their team for a full time opportunity.
This role will be a great opportunity to start your career in HR. You will be responsible for general HR responsibilities. You will be conducting onboarding, I-9's, and background checks for all new employees. You will also be coordinating and developing new joiner's orientation schedules. You will be responsible for collaborating with your team members to create new strategies and processes. You will be assisting on multiple projects that will support recruiting efforts. You will be working with internal and external clients. You will be responsible for weekly finance reports. You will also be working with other internal departments to communicate employee updates.
As an HR Coordinator, you will have an entrepreneurial mindset. You will have experience in leadership as well as organization. Your ability to multitask as well as communicate in a professional manner will make you an asset to the team. You will possess a sense of urgency to keep up in a fast paced in environment.
