For one of our Legal clients, we are looking to speak to an outstanding HR Assistant. They are expanding their team and would like someone to join them, who will bring around 1 / 2 years HR experience to the team. It will be a full time role and they offer hybrid working.
The client is looking for a driven and organised individual to assist with the day-to-day HR administration. You will make sure it goes as smoothly as possible and help out all employees' queries. It will be an excited hands on role and you will be working in a great team.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Monitoring email inboxes and day-to-day HR administration and keeping the HR system up-to-date.
- Acting as the first point for any HR related queries.
- Support the D&I, Recruitment and Payroll team and any other team if they require your help.
- Be involved in different projects.
As the HR Assistant you are a great communicator and open to work collaborative with all departments within the company. You don't step away from a challenge and being organised is a typical thing your friends would say about you. Preferably you do have experience working in a Law Firm.
