We are working with a leading investment management firm to find a standalone HR Associate to join their London office (working from home initially), on a part time basis. You will have responsibility for supporting with the employee lifecycle from an administrative perspective, but with a particular focus on payroll and benefits.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in the financial services industry and is looking for a flexible working pattern. You must be confident to run Payroll independently and have experience with pensions and benefits schemes as well as compensation.
You must also be confident and experienced in handling and manipluating data - with advanced skills on Excel.
