I am delighted to work with a fast paced, Engineering/ Manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner based in Gloucestershire.
As HR Business Partner, you will work for an established site about to embark on a transformation programme. You will work closely with the site HR Leader and senior commercial leadership team to develop and implement a strategic people agenda, aligned to Company strategy. You will work closely with senior leaders to assess performance, succession, talent/progression, training needs, resource planning etc. Alongside broad generalist HRBP activities you will be heavily involved in organisational design, development, levelling, restructuring and cultural change & transformation.
This role will suit a strategic HR Business Partner with experience managing significant transformation & change programmes, including cultural change. You will work in a lean team with challenging timelines and therefore may need to reactively work operationally with a proactive focus on HR strategy. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable and have a strong work ethic.
