I have partnered with an established UK headquartered financial services business as they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC. This role will work alongside a team of 3 HR Business Partners, oversee a client group of circa 200 employees and handle the day to day relationships of their stakeholders. This will be an end to end HRBP role with both an operational hands on element with the chance to get involved in some strategic projects.
Based in London, the business is working on a number of HR projects including Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Cultural Change and beyond. This HR Business Partner would be expected to lead on one or two of those workstreams and ultimately design and rollout effective solutions. Beyond this the day to day HR offering will be seen as key, including performance management, operational HR delivery, L&D, ER and more.
The success of this role will suit someone who is low ego and down to earth, enjoys working in a collaborative style and will want to become a part of a team. As this is a fairly urgent hire the client cant consider anyone on longer than a months' notice. Ideally you will bring experience as an HR Business Partner in financial or professional services and a smaller/medium sized environment where you are hands on and comfortable with owning stakeholder relationships.
