I am excited to be working on a new HR Business Partner role with a large, global matrix technology organisation based in Central London.
In this role you will partner a client group of c.400. Some of your workforce are likely to be globally spread, so previous international experience would be an advantage, but it's not essential as long as you understand the complexity of working in a global organisation. You will be responsible for implementing the global people strategy for your business unit and will own strategic business partner relationships with senior stakeholders at Director level, so strong stakeholder management experience will be key.
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for a broad range of HR activity including performance, engagement, talent development, reward and employee relations. A key part of this role will be transformation and change. You will need to understand the people impact of change and design effictive plans to mitigate risks and embed change.
This role will suit a HR professional who has already been operating as a HR Business Partner in a large matrix organisation. You will be comfortable managing cyclical HRBP activity as well as managing complex change. The business can be hard to navigate at times, so you'll need to quickly build relationships and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity. The successful candidate will be confident, approachable and have a strong work ethic - you will need to have impact and influence at a senior level in order to build credibility quickly.
In this role you'll not only have the opportunity to work on an exciting change agenda, but will partner senior global stakeholders and work in a friendly team of HR Business Partners and Global HR Director.
