HR Business Partner

I am excited to be working with a Global Consumer Goods business on their search for a HR Business Partner to support their manufacturing division. This is a great opportunity for a confident HRBP to accelerate their career in a fast moving organisation.

The business has been through a significant period of transformation so it's a really exciting time to join. Reporting into the HR Director you will support a client group of c.500-600 employees across a handful of sites. You will be accountable for driving the HR agenda, implementing the HR strategy to your business area, with a particular focus on ways of working, performance management, engagement and career development.

Many of your key senior stakeholders are new to the organisation, so you will need to quickly build strong relationships and be able to evidence your ability to influence at a senior level. As the business has been through significant change, there will be multiple projects to get stuck into, such as identifying new ways of working, harmonising terms, the use of technology, rolling out a new HR system and workforce planning/demand planning. The business are looking for a true HR partner with a commercial mindset who can help drive the business forward.

In this role you will need to balance these transformation projects with BAU activity including ER, talent, reward, L&D and engagement. Although the business has COEs these are lean, so you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves.

In order to be successful in this role you will have had prior experience working in a global organisation and will be comfortable in an ambiguous, fast moving environment. In terms of background, you'll ideally come from a FMCG/Manufacturing/Logistics/Retail organisation but our client is happy to consider other candidates with some blue collar work experience, although it would be very helpful to have supported multiple sites. The business are looking for a dynamic, forward thinking, ambitious and commercial HRBP who is looking to progress in their career. There may well be opportunities to move up the ladder internally, or after a few years in this role you'll be in a great position to look for a more senior role externally.

Location: Mainly based in West London with travel to other UK sites.

Salary: £60-70,000 + Cash Car Allowance + Great Benefits
