As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading a commercially focused HR team. Supporting the organisations ambitious growth plans you will build strategic relationships with business leaders, to attract, build and develop the human capital and leadership capabilities. You will work with the Head of HR to align HR practises throughout your business area whilst ensuring that local legislation is recognised.
This is a true generalist role, in which you will partner with a set client group and be responsible for delivering a pro-active HR service focussing on performance improvement, leadership capability, cultural transformation and talent development. Change management is a key theme and you will partner with the leaders to facilitate and embed effective cultural and business change. The ability to deal effectively with day to day issues, whilst having the capacity to operate at a senior level will be important. You will need to be able to conceptualise the organisations journey so that you can provide strategic advice and support to the business.
This position requires an ambitious and results driven individual who is technically confident. You will be a strong relationship builder with a pragmatic approach. Credibility, gravitas, confidence and the ability to persuade will be paramount to the success in this role.
