Our client is a global manufacturing company with market presence over 100 countries across Europe America, Africa and Asia Pacific. They have a base in Singapore with a population of 500 employees. They have a dynamic and energetic workforce.


Job Description

There is now an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HR Business Partner. Report to the Head of HR, you will work in a team of 5. You are responsible for the full spectrum of HR for the business from operation to advisory. Responsibilities include but not limited to: stakeholder management, HR Operations, recruitment, salary benchmarking, employee relations & engagement, performance management, and initiating HR projects for employer branding and Corporate Social Responsibilities.


The Successful Applicant

You should be an all-rounder with at least 4-6 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities such as applying for work passes, generating contracts to recruitment to business partnering duties such as employee relations and streamlining HR policies.

The Head of HR empowered her team member and entrust them to take ownership of their portfolio. You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working independently. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, flexibility and your ability to initiate.


Essential: Candidate must come with experience working in the manufacturing industry / with experience in managing blue-collar workers.

Desirable: Experience in managing HR projects e.g. salary benchmarking and employer branding is advantageous.
