We are working with an Internationally recognised and highly successful manufacturing organisation in Gloucestershire that is looking to recruit an HR Business Partner. With the support of an HR Advisor, the HR Business Partner will manage a number of designated business functions (headcount of c.350), providing leadership on recruitment, succession planning, talent management, complex ER cases, restructuring and other business enhancing HR initiatives. You will also take the lead on a number of key projects including employee engagement, leadership/management development, HR digital transformation and the process/policy improvements. You will provide both strategic and operational advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership team to enable overall business objectives.
In order to be successful in your application you will need generalist HR experience ideally gained in a diverse business such as manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution, supply chain or construction. Ideally you will be an HR Business Partner, a Senior HR Advisor looking for that next step or an HR Manager who is looking to transition in to Business Partnering. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders. Experience of working within a Trade Union environment would be an advantage.
