Role responsibilities

  • Support the Head of HR in driving the HR strategy and implementing key people initiatives globally
  • Deploy critical annual HR activities, such as engagement survey roll out, performance management (OKR's), community events such as International Women's Day and the salary review process
  • Lead the IDP process across the organisation whilst coaching and supporting managers to improve performance and develop the capability of our teams
  • Leading key compliance programs including, data gathering and submission for the Workplace Gender and Equality Agency
  • Provide timely, accurate and expert advice on the management of employee relations matters including assisting with the interpretation and application of employment legislation globally
  • Manage employee-related investigations and disciplinary matters including employee warnings and dismissals
  • Works closely with the Payroll Manager to support any legislative changes and compliance

You will bring :

  • At least 5 years' experience working in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to all aspects of human resources
  • Strong demonstrated working knowledge of employment relations and/or a keen interest in employment law
  • Demonstrated operational HR Generalist experience, with experience partnering with varied stakeholder groups
  • Ability to analyse and interpret detailed information including legislation, awards, and agreements
  • Ideally be tertiary qualifications majoring in human resources, industrial relations, or employment law
