We're partnering with a well-funded, scaling co-working spaces company, as they seek to hire an HR Business Partner. The business has 500-600 employees globally, although at present the bulk of the employees are located across multiple locations in the US, as well as The UK and Singapore. There is a new HR leader in place who is being tasked with the maturation of HR process as the business continues its expansion with an emphasis on growing their footprint outside the US market. This role will report into either the Founders or the CFO will work alongside the other two HRBP's on the team. This is a newly created role to support the growth of the organization. This is a hybrid role that can sit in any of the company's corporate locations in the Eastern or Central Time Zone - DC, Miami, Orland, Tampa Bay, Atlanta, Chicago, Indianapolis, Boston, Minneapolis, Kansas City (MO), Short Hills (NJ), NYC, Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbus (OH), Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Nashville, Austin, Dallas, or Houston.
