We are currently supporting a leading Pharmaceutical multinational on a Global Transformation (from Family-owned, to IPO on the Milan Stock Exchange).
We are running a search for an HR Business Partner to partner with the Global HR Director (great trackrecord and experience in FTSE 250 multinationals) to implement a Cultural tranformation across a few strategic sites the Group has in Italy.
On top of acting as a Business Partner for a few plants, you will lead on the harmonization of processes and policies across the different manufacturing sites in Italy, along with also harmonizing and developing the relationships across the different Unions and Union's representatives present in the country.
The aim is to facilitate the transformation from family-owned, to global multinational, by directly influencing the key stakeholders and employees operating in the plants/sites.
It is imperative to have a solid background business partnering with senior stakeholders in blue collar environments, as well as having an outstanding track record in managing, growing and establishing longstanding relationships with Unions across Italy.

Perfect English and Italian, as well as previous experience in Global Multinationals are mandatory requirements.
Experience in a family-owned business will be considered a nice to have.
