Our client, a leading investment management firm with a growing presence across the region, is looking to appoint a new HR Business Partner to join their HR team in a fully HR Generalist role, based in the Singapore office.
You will be operating in a broad HR Generalist position in a highly visible role, working as part of a small and close-knit team to support business leaders across Asia with all HR and People related matters. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, and working closely with the Regional Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing and supporting annual HR processes and projects. You will operate as the key point of contact for your assigned business areas (investments and infrastructure) regarding ongoing HR Advisory and queries, building excellent relationships with your key stakeholders. You will manage employee relations and health and wellness initiatives as well as DEI and Talent Projects. You will partner closely with the business on Talent Acquisition requirements end-to-end, from attraction to offer management and onboarding, supported by an HR Coordinator. You will also drive talent management processes including designing succession and promotion plans, and support employee development as well as supporting annual salary and bonus reviews for your client groups.
Ideally, you will be currently operating in a HR Business Partner role with another global investment management or financial services organisation in a broad business facing, strategic and operational position. You will be comfortable navigating performance driven global matrix structures, as well operating in a smaller, high touch and growing organisation, with a focus on collaboration and quality deliverables. You must have the ability to engage with stakeholders at varied levels spread across the region, building strong working relationships across the business. You are a team player with excellent consultative and interpersonal skills.
