I have partnered with a huge healthcare consumer business, who are recruiting a HR Business Partner Lead.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest businesses within this sector in Europe.
This is a regional HR role so I am looking for someone who comes from a similar background or a multisite/very high-volume business.
My client is coming out of a really exiting period of transformation and change which has seen lots of focus and investment within the HR team.
Not only has the team really gown over the last year it has seen a big focus on more of a partnering model as opposed to previously having a very reactive HR model previously.
The main focus of this role is to be a trusted partner and role model to the existing HRBP team.
The ideal candidate will develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders to influence, steer and ensure the delivery of the people strategies.
My client really needs a highly skilled Senior HRBP who can coach, mentor and develop in the delivery of high standard business partnering activities across relevant area.
The right candidate needs to act with a commercial mindset, whilst developing a deep understanding of your division/region.
The role comes with lots of flexibility and the majority of the work will be from home.
The expectation will be to travel into Head Office/visits a couple of times a fortnight. Candidates based around East Anglia/Midlands would be ideal due to the Head Office being in Norfolk.
I am looking for someone with passion and gravitas, a true people focussed HR Leader.
From an HR perspective, you'll need to lead the successful integration of acquisitions into your division or hub.
Another key focus is to help employees to adapt to the change and ensuring alignment of policy and procedure.
Being a HRBP Lead, you'll also be expected to contribute to the development of companywide HR policies and procedures and ensure that they are embedded within your division.
