Our client is a global manufacturing company with market presence over 7 countries with their headquarter in Europe. They have a base in Singapore with a population of 25 employees. They have a dynamic and energetic workforce.

Job Description

There is now an excellent opportunity for a high-calibre HR professional to join them as HR Business Partner. This is an individual contributor role. You will be working hand in hand with the HR Director and be responsible for the full spectrum of HR for the business. You will be hands-on on operation responsibilities, meanwhile, play an advisory role on all human capital matters ranging from managing employee relations, to learning & development to organizational development. This is a regional role, you will be overseeing the business operation in Singapore as well as countries within the Southeast Asia region. Key to your success will be your proactive attitude, flexibility and your ability to initiate.

The Successful Applicant

You should be an all-rounder with at least 4-6 years of experience in HR. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational responsibilities such as payroll, applying for work passes, generating contracts to recruitment and business partnering duties.

You will be a true Generalist and someone who takes pride in working in a sole contributor role where relationships are key. Ideally, you will have experience in a small to medium-sized organization where you have to be adaptable to changes.

Desirable: Experience in employee relations, learning & development and organizational development is advantageous
