We are working with a leading design consultancy to find them an HR Data & Reward Manager. Reporting into the HR Director, this interesting and rewarding role will be to act as the HR Data SME for the business (UK & International), collating, analysing and presenting reports covering the employee life-cycle as well as providing metrics for the Global Mobility population and HR Cyclical processes; annual salary review, promotion round, bonus round, gender pay report, equal pay report. You will also assist with the benchmarking data (Hay) for new or existing roles, ensuring salaries are at current levels and there is promotion scope within each band. As a result the firm is looking to meet candidates who are natural data champions, who are able to collate, analyse and present data to technical and non-technical audiences and who understand how complex HR teams and functions work. It is particularly key that candidates have experience of supporting the annual reward cycle. Part of this role will also be to develop the current reporting capability, refining and enhancing current reports and creating dashboards for end users that are visually engaging, so creativity and proven experience in advancing the reporting agenda is essential.
