Our client, a highly regarded global professional services organisation, is seeking HR Change, Diversity, Wellbeing and Comms Management Consultants (Asia), of all levels, to join the renowned HR & Talent Consulting Practice to build out, design, develop, deliver (and sell at the more senior end) solutions to clients surrounding all things Wellbeing, Diversity and Comms related across the region.
Based in the Singapore office, you will operate as part of the geographically dispersed and collaborative, regional and global practice area community. You will help support, create and drive (depending on level of experience), the Practice area's Regional Strategy, Products, Thought Leadership, Sales, and Consulting Execution / Delivery operating in a broad role with key commercial targets in place.
You will currently be operating in a client facing management consulting position with a focus on Talent Consulting, specifically specialising in areas such as; Diversity, Equality, Inclusion, Communications and Wellbeing, from strategy through to execution. You will be partnering will a broad range of clients, new and existing, across all sectors, working closely with your global counterparts to drive hugely exciting innovation and growth! Future travel will be required.
